Hi mane is Brunoruno I've been in the country since jul of 1998, in April of 2001 my father filed for the life act 245 from president Bill Clinton.. on June of 2003 his I-140 got approved so he filed for his I-485 including the dependents which are my mother and I.
Here is the problem
About 2 two years ago my father received a letter of intent to revoke his I-140, so he sent all the RFE. After 4 months processing the intend they still denied his I-140. with his I-140 denied we filed for an appeal with more evidences, but TODAY we received a letter of his I-140 denied, his appeal and the I-485 as well...
Here is my question.. I was a minor at the time when most of this happen.. Today I am 26 years old, got two American citizens kids, but because his process was denied they denied my I-485 as well.. so now i am being kicked out of the country.. is anything that anybody can help me or give me advice or Hope.. please i am desperate..
Is anything that I could file by my self. The letter says to file a motion to reopen with in 30 days? is it worth it? I am going to be deported right of way?

You should speak with a contract or employment lawyer in your home state about this. The rules on these agreements vary from state to state, and the agreements are often not enforceable. Even if the reimbursement agreement is enforceable, an employer can never ask an employee to pay the training fee ($1500 or $750, depending on the size of the company).

I had a question about using using AC21.
Here is the scenario: Let us say I work for XYZ Company who applied for my 140 and 485. I have approved 140, H-1b, EAD and AP.
If XYZ laid me off or I left them for career progression or more money 180 days after my 485 was filed and 140 approved, what happens to my 485 application?
Wouldn't USCIS question that since my sponsoring employer does not exist anymore, who am I going to work for once I get my green card? or is this coverd under AC21?
Please advice!

However there are some unfortunate incidents going on where IO wrongfully denied 485 petitions when a person changed jobs using AC-21. I urge you to take part in IV AC-21 letters campaign which will help you and all of us to survive any unfortunate, unforseen job loss due to current downturn in economy. Could anyone please suggest me a few consulting companies who can sponsor H1B visa? I am trying to bring my friend who is in India working for an automotive OEM. He was in Michigan for a while and he went back to India and it�s been almost more than 7 years since he left but now he wants to come back to Michigan.
If anyone knows any consultants in Michigan would be perfect since I already have a job lined up (verbally) through my contacts but I am not successful finding an employer who can sponsor H1B for him.

Can anybody please let me know what are the documents needed to file for 485. If I do not have any immunization record, how can I show that immunization record?

A background on my case. I have a valid H-1, stamped on my passport. Also, I have my GC in process for 4.5 yrs. My husband was on pending I-485 & working on EAD. In may 2010, my pending I-140 was denied and then appealed. And following that, both mine & my husband's I-485 was denied after 2 months. Our lawyer did file MTR within 30 days of I-485 denial and its still pending:
Questions:
1) Can my husband apply for H-4 by being within USA or he has to leave the country?
2) Also, since he is not on any non-immigrant status, does the accrual of 180 days of illegal stay apply to him?
3) If it does apply, what are the chances of him getting the H-4 approved if he applies from Canada or home country?
4) & If he leaves the country, is he abondoning the pending MTR of I-485 which would lead him be out of the GC process completely?
Any expert input & feedback on my queries will help me to figure out my scenario. I have consulted couple of lawyers on my case, but all of us has mixed feedback which is making it very tough to get the right answer & make the right decision. I am in complete messy situation right now.
Also, if somebody gone thru or going through the similar situation pls. let me know what was the result on your case. Ur help is highly appreciated

Yes, delete the background layer and it will give you a transparent background (or you can just start a new image with the transparent background.
File/Save As... .gif file, be sure to make sure the transparency checkbox is checked. Save then import into Flash. Easy as pie.

This was expected. Tancredo was a single issue candidate and most people of this good country are sensible. They see him for what he is. Economic hardships combined with lots of false information can easily bias even the most well meaning citizen.
He did manage to bring illegal immigration topic to prominence and promoted general hatred towards immigrants. Personally I am happy he is out and I hope this country will be spared from any further "public service" from this abominable politician.

You need only AOS receipt, when you travel outside
So dont worry about EAD and AP receipts as you will get EAD Card and AP Doc directly to your address

We don't want to waste our golden years of life waiting for law to change, so we can get EAD or GC to start business here in USA.
I have very good business idea where there is huge potential to make it big. My 6th year H1 expires in Feb 2011. PERM recruitment is going on, but my heart is leaning towards starting the business.
So, we decided to take Entrepreneur Federal Immigration to Canada. We are not yet ready to move to India. My case certainly needs consultation (most likely processing) from Immigration Attorney for Canada.
I was looking at Canadavisa.com, but looking for more options. Can anyone recommend other attorneys?
My business idea doesn't require $500,000 investment to target investor visa in USA.
I was thinking NZ Long Term Business Visa, but first I would like to explore Canada and then consider NZ.
